Onana had to be replaced with less than 10 minutes to go in Cameroon's 3-0 win over Mauritius on Friday after he felt some discomfort.
now reports that the custodian has suffered an injury to his pubis, one of the bones that make up the pelvis as per the Cameroonian federation. They also confirmed that the United star will return to his club and is set to miss their next qualifier against Libya on Tuesday.
